Tax partner with Buruma Maris and De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek (Linklaters & Alliance), respectively. Part-time lecturer with Federatie van belastingconsulenten (federation of tax consultants), seminar experience.
At present tax partner with Keijzer Drijer Priester & van der Stoel, a Rotterdam based niche firm of specialised tax lawyers on European and international tax law. Specialisation regards i.a. mergers and acquisitions, (re)structuring of (international) groups of companies and of real estate investments, Dutch tax ruling practice and Anglo-American trusts.
